Docubien sources data from your CRM, other documents and data collection questionnaires to minimise manual entry. Unlike a CRM, which just inserts data into a template, it applies conditional logic to include or exclude clauses tailored to each transaction. The result is an agency-branded document that looks like it was prepared by a solicitor, reassuring clients and other parties. Documents can be distributed through secure client portals, whose tracked access gives agents a provable audit trail of documents provided and downloaded.
