Helpful software, great team

|Dockwa
The software helped grow our transient boating revenue and streamline the process. The team at Dockwa is very attentive to putting out the best product and always evolving the software and adding new components to it. They have always followed up to check on new functionality and listen/implement specific product enhancement ideas.

Joining Dockwa was one of the best business decisions I've made in years.

Since the very first interaction with a call from Tripp and Matt, Dockwa and all it's staff has been nothing short of an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't even begin to explain how helpful their tech guys have been, and how over the top they've been in excellent customer service. It has made our transient business so popular that we went from having 50 percent capacity filled to a long waiting list for weeks on end for avail slips. Can't think of anything they should change and just have had the best experiences with everyone at Dockwa on every level.

Dockwa was transformative to our operations.

We are a small community run seasonal marina. Dockwa gives us the ability to attract and process reservations year round, even when our office is really closed. We also love the seamless processing of payments and flexible reporting. Since we started with Dockwa about 6 years ago, we have been able to reach a much broader market. Our biggest problem now is not having enough slips to rent! I should also mention that the Dockwa team is super responsive to requests for assistance. Some of our dock masters are not very tech savvy but they were always able to get help with just a phone call or e-mail.
