What I like most about Digitevent is the availability of the teams, especially for maintenance and improvement proposals with new options. It is valuable to be informed of all updates and to be able to address issues via tickets, especially for technical problems. The availability and kindness of the contacts are also a major asset, as is their responsiveness, which is very valuable in our professional environment where our time is always limited. I also appreciate that the platforms are very functional, intuitive, and easy to use, even for external people who use them as users.
