For the price and what the service offers, this is a very solid SAS. I've been using Certopus since March 2023 and I'm so glad I found it when I did. The prices have increased some since their launch days, but it has become a reliable and cost-effective tool for us. We're in a service-based training business, and certifications are essential to us. For the most part, customer service has been decent, though at times unresponsive. The software is based in India and being a U.S. user, the language and use of certain terms are sometimes non-intuitive, but not beyond understanding. All in all, I'm very grateful to have Certopus as a part of my business. One thing I very much appreciate is the white-labeling experience. Raj helped me set it up so that all emails are sent from our custom email address, and the verification page is a custom page on our website. It provides for a clean, professional look and feel. Certopus also has a number of features I haven't implemented such as learning pathways, and while I'm not currently using this feature, I like that it's there.

The availability for support has been extremely helpful and encouraging. The UI is really clean and modern, and the ability to not only issue but create really attractive and professional looking certificates and badges is so valuable. I'm really excited to be using Pathways feature for an educational program to motivate students to progress though their leaning goals by earning individual badges for each goal, which ultimately will lead to the issuing of completion badges for completing entire courses. Pathways will also be used to motivate students to participate in non-required additional learning opportunities and by participating, they can showcase the additional effort, time, and commitment to learn competencies above and beyond what's expected.

Ability to design multiple certificates and badges and associate them with different events. We conduct a lot of different training programs and have found this an easy to use essential tool to easily create, send, and track our certificates.
