Certopus makes creating professional, verifiable certificates really easy. The site is straightforward to use, and the templates are customizable, so you can quickly design certificates that fit your needs. The verification system is great because it adds credibility to the certificates, making them more valuable. Overall, it’s a solid and reliable tool for anyone looking to issue certificates without hassle.

It is very easy to use and makes it easy for me to manage my certifications for my organization. I appreciate the ability to customize almost every aspect of the certifications from design to delivery. The customer service is also exceptional, fast response times and very attentive to ensure that everything is clear and the problems are resolved.

For the price and what the service offers, this is a very solid SAS. I've been using Certopus since March 2023 and I'm so glad I found it when I did. The prices have increased some since their launch days, but it has become a reliable and cost-effective tool for us. We're in a service-based training business, and certifications are essential to us. For the most part, customer service has been decent, though at times unresponsive. The software is based in India and being a U.S. user, the language and use of certain terms are sometimes non-intuitive, but not beyond understanding. All in all, I'm very grateful to have Certopus as a part of my business. One thing I very much appreciate is the white-labeling experience. Raj helped me set it up so that all emails are sent from our custom email address, and the verification page is a custom page on our website. It provides for a clean, professional look and feel. Certopus also has a number of features I haven't implemented such as learning pathways, and while I'm not currently using this feature, I like that it's there.
