The thing we like best is how naturally the AI agents fit into our golf platform. The AI voice receptionist doesn't sound like a robot, and players stopped realizing they weren't talking to a person when booking tee times and tournament slots. Before building anything they dug into how our players and organizers actually use the app, using real workflows and our tournament and scheduling flows, so the agents fit how people really create, join, and manage tournaments. That obsession with the small details is rare.

DestiLabs Takes AI Seriously Reliable Agents and Excellent Project Management
They take AI seriously in a way most teams don't. Anyone can wrap an LLM around an API these days; the harder part is making sure the agent doesn't make up products that don't exist or drop context in the middle of a conversation, and DestiLabs handled exactly that. Their project management is excellent too. They tell you what's done, what's blocked, and what they need, so nobody has to chase anyone.

Before building anything they dug into how the agency's clients and brokers actually talk, using call recordings and internal docs, so the agents fit the real workflows. They weren't scared of the voice side, which is the hard part in real estate, and that obsession with the small details is rare.
