- DEON enables real-time collaboration with colleagues and project collaborators - Many file formats can be easily added via drag & drop and edited directly via DEON - Intuitive use which ensures that the digital tool can be used without extensive training - Connected-view feature makes it easy to present results to all collaborators - Fast and friendly support service (that was only needed because I used the Mac OS Beta) - DEON can be used for multiple purposes like Workshops, agile Project Work, etc.

Minimalistic and Simple Powerhouse - Ideal for all types of work

From the outside, DEON looks like a simple virtual Whiteboard where you can write, draw and upload documents, so really nothing new in that way. The aspect that makes DEON stand out from other similar programs is the intuitive way of collaborating. Changes show up in real-time, and one can easily drag and drop and work in all kinds of documents (works exceptionally well with MS Office). You can create Kanban Boards with given tools, show presentations, or use DEON for organizing your work. The program enables a creative, fun, and beginner-friendly environment for everyone.

Excellent software for live-collaboration

|DEON
- Integrate a lot of different file formats easy via drag & drop - Edit and synchronize documents (excel, word, pptx) directly in workspace - Team members can edit same presentation or drawings in real-time - strong enough to gather all content for one project in one workspace (we had more than 2500 elements in one workspace - all informations, everything what we needed and what we created for our project was held in that workspace) - Till now, no performance issues - Connected view is a great feature to bring everybody back to the right spot
