Effortless Compliance, Exceptional Support
The product is very easy to use, which makes my tasks simpler. I really appreciate their team, as they are extremely responsive and really fight for us, feeling like a part of our team and helping us a lot. It's a really nice feature. Also, the initial setup of Delve was super easy. We had an onboarding call, and it was great just to have a touchpoint in case anything went wrong. And the interface experience is easy to jump into.

I like their customer support; they get back to you extremely quickly. They're extremely efficient in making sure that everything runs on time and they get your reports back to you quickly. The ability to run automated tests is extremely valuable because it means we no longer have to manually upload evidence. The initial setup was extremely straightforward and super intuitive. The customer support team was extremely helpful in getting everything set up.

Extremely fast setup and mostly hands-off for SOC 2
I like that Delve was extremely fast. The initial setup was also quick, which I really appreciate. Additionally, I value the monitoring of our controls, the templates, and the AWS system monitoring to ensure compliance with SOC 2 requirements. All of these help streamline our processes and make closing contracts fast.
