I use decodo for their dedicated ISP. I like them cause they're reasonably priced and reliable. Haven't had issues with them thus far. Additionally, if you're part of a small team or on your own, decodo allows you to buy a small amount of proxies instead of large bulk orders like other providers so you can really tailor the service to whatever you're doing.
