I didn't know that preparing a presentation with Decktopus would be so fast and fun. We are using it for almost everything: In-company meetings, demos, etc. It saves us a lot of trouble and saves time. That's efficiency.

There is a template for everything that you can imagine, from appointment scheduling, resumes, presentations, proposals, requesting promotions, etc. But what I like most about the templates is this company has thought of the correct protocol which should be used when formatting your information. For example, I was in the process of preparing a webinar for my YouTube channel. Even though the specific topic I was discussing was not a part of the template collection, there was a webinar template. I simply substituted the template information with my information. To be transparent, that was the first time I did a YouTube video in the webinar format. After seeing my video and the others, I was able to confirm the format was correct, and I never would have used that format if it was not already laid out in the template provided by this company which is outstanding. I have never taken a course in business, as many physicians haven't but it means a lot to me to come across as professional and polished. This software allows for such. If you have not taken a course on writing presentations of any sort, the software is mandatory if that is a requirement for you as it will guarantee that you come across as professional and the documentation you provide is proficient which would increase the probability of you being successful in achieving the goals desired via your document preparation/submission.
