Hexagon have special portal / Database of the Issues/Resolutions which was faced all around the globe in past. Any Company which uses Hexagon Products can have access to that portal & See the Issues & its resolutions. It helps in rectifying Issues. In case, If any Company cannot find the issue / resolution which they are looking for, they can raise Service Request to Hexagon & Hexagon Team will contact them & resolve their issue, Hexagon never miss that.
