Dayshape is very user friendly and intuitive. Since implementing I have cut back on the amount of reports I need to run because our users, including management, are in the tool and running the reports they need for themselves. It makes it possible to match a resource to a project solely based on looking at skillsets and helps to eliminate resource hoarding.
