Easy to work with, best in class support, and fast, reliable network connectivity

DataPacket is extremely easy to work with and continually goes above and beyond to provide us with the level of service and support that we need. Having direct access to their team via our own channels allows us to collaborate quicker and faster than with any other provider, and the team is always ready to help us with whatever we need. Their customer portal is one of the best in the industry, with detailed insights into not only the servers they provide, but also network traffic, network attacks and more. The level of detail they provide for network attacks in particular is something that we now use an example for all providers we work with.

Simply perfect, in all ways.

Working with DataPacket is a pleasure. Our account manager always have the best solution for any problem, the support team never took more than 5 minutes to reply and the network really never disappointed us at all. There is NO other company in the industry with this level of service and technical support quality. They're awesome!

The best thing about Datapacket is its excellent support. Whatever question or issue we had, we could talk to the person directly responsible for that in a Slack channel and get our question resolved. This is not something you can ever have with most of their competitors.
