I like the customer service and the operation of Decidalo's resource management tool, which is relatively intuitive. The support responds quickly and is proactive, which is invaluable, especially during data migration. I appreciate the clarity of the resource management: availabilities and skills are visible at a glance. Previously, it was tedious to search for information in Excel lists and manually assemble teams. Now I can determine in seconds who is available and has the right skills, which saves me a lot of time in everyday life. Additionally, the integration with MS365 works well and without issues. Setting up Decidalo was straightforward, and there were training sessions and training videos, which made the start easier.

What I like most about Decídalo is how easy it is to use, along with its innovative AI-driven approach to matching resources with demands.
