Cost effective and all in one platform that helps in keeping almost all conversations in one place even has pop-up features that are great to improve conversions

I love that Dashly has all the tools I need in one roof. I can use Live Chat, Chatbot, Knowledge base, Unified inbox for all communication channels. I also like that Dashly has a neat UI. While having many features, the UI is very clean and it makes it super easy for me to just navigate around. The UX is also quite good. It takes me step by step toward the goal. For example, the Chatbot has a Typeform form to give me available options for each step to create the chat bot. It is easy and convenient for the first step. Then Dashly presented a full "picture" of the chatbot that I can create. I think the integrations can also be a plus for Dashly. They have native integrations with all popular communication channels, including Messenger, Viber, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram etc.

I'm not a software/web guy by trade I am in fact, a self-employed landscaper. This has been one of the easiest web tools I've ever used! Having so many included features meant less need for 3rd party integrations which was one of the greatest headaches I suffered trying to figure out all this web stuff. Not to mention when integration is needed it's fairly easy to do. I highly recommend this product to any of the 1-2 man operations out there!
