I'm very impressed with the technology, and customer service that Dado has provided! I've worked in onboarding for a few years now, and many of my previous experiences have involved a ton of manual work. Because of Dado - the amount of time spent on manual tasks in preboarding/onboarding has significantly decreased, and we're able to focus on improving the overall experience for our new hires. Not only that, but the team is very responsive, listens from a place of empathy, and is constantly making updates to grow the platform. The people are super friendly, empathetic and dedicated to helping with troubleshooting and giving you strategic advice based on their experiences with their broad customer base. Our onboarding team and managers have saved much time for admin stuff thanks to the automation of more than 1000 tasks and messages. The application made creating a structured onboarding process very easy. Messages and tasks look professional, and our employees are noticing it. In our onboarding survey, we have received comments like: "I enjoyed how structured the onboarding in Kleinanzeigen is", "Thanks for the structured and professional onboarding", and "Dado makes it easier to tick off tasks from my onboarding".
