Cybermaxx allows me to get a good night sleep because I know that an experienced team of cyber professionals is monitoring my systems 24/7/365. They are an extension of my InfoSec team at a fraction of the cost and the alerts are actionable, not noise. Alerts are immediate and they will assist in the remediation. I get a robust monthly Threat Briefing that shows alerts, detections, tickets, and incidents which I can share with our Security Committee.

Having a personal contact with the lead for our team is a strong differentiating factor in other services. If we have a specific need, I know our lead can reach into a strong bench security specialists to help solve unique issues.

We like how CyberMaxx allows us to customize the service we receive and not use canned services. The team is approachable and easy to work with, providing us with world-class service.
