The best feature has to be their round-the-clock SOC team. They monitor our alerts 24/7 so we can work on day-to-day tasks. Automated emails are the norm but actually having human eyes look at suspicious alerts first and provide detailed steps to remediate was huge. Also, their CyberSight portal is super clean and installing their tool integrations was fairly simple too.
