Crystal PM is very logical, user-friendly,, and customizable. When we have questions, the staff is always more than helpful! We looked at several other practice management systems, and this was by far the best. We're so happy we went with them!

I like that the program can be customized to fit the parts of an exam that I like to do. I also like that I can auto-populate normal exam findings or previous exam findings. So in short, customizability.
