I really love how intuitive the interface is. Finding creators who actually fit our brand's aesthetic used to take hours of manual searching, but the discovery tools here make it so much faster. Also, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and actually helps you find solutions rather than just sending generic links. It’s made our latest seasonal photoshoot planning much more organized.

The creator pool is very diverse -- this hasn't always been the case with other tools I have tried. They have also expanded their team recently and I find that everyone is knowledgeable and keen to help.

I appreciate how attentive, responsive, and proactive our team, previously Ishita and now Randi, can be. Everyone we've worked with has been very pleasant, open to learning our industry and realistic. We love their 'can do' attitude and even providing suggestions on how to make our approach better. I also like how fast it is to source influencers. What helps us the most is saving time on the back and forth with the influencers, and our Creator.co team is very efficient in sourcing and processing the details. Additionally, I've heard that the initial setup of Creator.co was extremely fast, easy, and seamless.
