This toolset makes it much easier to quickly create value stream maps, fishbone diagrams, CTQ trees, etc. Finally, its reporting capabilities are unparalleled. It can quickly create everything from A3 reports for individual problem solving/improvement efforts to reports that summarize the aggregate progress of all current initiatives. I would highly recommend COMPASS to anyone looking for a comprehensive system for identifying, executing, and overseeing process improvement initiatives.
