Fantastic onboarding and user experience

The user interface and experience are excellent. It's so easy to use and performs so much better than the $25,000 IP telephony system it replaced in our company. Their support is really good too but you won't need it once you're up and running.

Effective Solution For Working Remotely!

Not being based in the main office, Cradle allows me to be easily accessible and reachable by clients and colleagues at all times. Working on a busy support desk this is essential to keep customers happy and gives me great communications with the entire team! I love that Cradles support / Dev Team are really responsive and any issues I have are really quickly resolved.
