We've used the CozyRoc product for nearly a decade. It is integrated into at least 100 different sql jobs for various types of tasks. Our main usage case is sending/receiving files via sftp, but we do use other features like the APIs, Excel, and scripting to name a few. Overall, the product has become invaluable to us for securely sending data and assuring that we are HIPAA compliant with everything we do. In the instances where we have had troubles - and I must stress that we've had about 2 legit bugs in our decade of usage and most other issues were feature requests - the CozyRoc team has been extremely responsive and has assisted us in getting back up and running again quickly.
