Customer Intelligence That Cuts Call Prep to Two Minutes
I spend maybe two minutes prepping for customer calls now instead of 20. I just ask Coworker to summarize everything we know about the account—deal history, past meeting notes, open issues, and recent Slack mentions—and it delivers a briefing that would have taken me half an hour to pull together myself. The Customer Intelligence feature is a genuine differentiator compared with anything else I’ve tried.

Game-Changer for SOPs and Weekly Data Analysis—Fast, Structured Results
What I love most is how quickly I was able to put this to use in real work. I created a full SOP just by talking it through out loud—I literally started speaking, and Coworker built the document. When I showed my coworkers, they couldn’t believe it.
I also use it for weekly data analysis. When I’m dealing with massive datasets, Coworker helps me do week-over-week trend comparisons that used to take me much longer to pull together manually. Being able to talk through the analysis and get something structured back is a game changer.
The wins summary feature is another favorite. I use it to pull together a recap of my weekly wins, and I’ve already been sharing the prompt with my team so they can do the same. I’ve been telling everyone to jump in and play with it—I’m already loving it, and I’ve only just gotten started.
