Company Context that's Actually Accurate & Useful
What sets Coworker apart is that it actually plugs into the messy reality of how scaling a company today. I run Operations at a B2B streaming media company, and my day moves across NetSuite, Salesforce, Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, and many other tools. I've used Coworker as the infrastructure layer for pulling enterprise context across Slack and Drive in a single query, and for surfacing meeting transcripts and CRM signals together when prepping for exec conversations. The document search and skill retrieval are the killer features for me they cut what used to be 20 minutes of digging into 30 seconds.

Seamless Integration That Saves Real Time
The thing I keep coming back to is how well it connects to the tools I actually use every day — Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive. I work across a lot of moving parts in my role, and being able to ask a question and get an answer that pulls from all of those places without me having to go hunt it down manually saves real time. I also use it to draft and organize project briefs, which it handles well. It's not replacing my whole workflow, but for quick lookups and getting a first draft together, it's genuinely useful. The fact that it understands context about what I'm working on makes it feel less like a generic AI tool and more like something actually built for my job.

I am an engineer and was one of the early users during our company-wide rollout. The use case that has resonated most with me is incident management. We have an internal incident automation tool and I was able to get the Coworker bot to appear directly inside it. Being able to ask Coworker to pull context from our #incident-* Slack channels and generate a blameless postmortem in our exact format is genuinely useful. I have tested it against a real incident and it got the structure right, pulled the right people and context, and gave me a strong starting point rather than a blank page.
Beyond incidents, the breadth of what Coworker can do day-to-day has impressed me. I used it to summarize DMs, create Jira tickets directly from a Slack thread, export research to Google Docs, and even showed a teammate how to export work to a canvas live during a session. The integrations are deep and the context it pulls in from across our tools is something nothing else does this well.
