Using courier makes my job and workload significantly easier. The layout of the site and ability to search through information easily is great.

Great product, saves a lot of development time.
I like the fact you can quickly add providers to support new channels of communication with minimum code. We use Slack, Teams and Email and it saves a lot of time to have our content editable by non-technical users in a central place. Before we did all our notification templates in-code and developers were a bottleneck to the smallest change. It is no longer the case now, thanks to Courier. We can focus our energy on another aspect of our product. I find the paid plans to be affordable as well.

The markdown language for writing templates is great.
I also like the UX in general, the easy way to select email vendors and the simplicity of sending test emails.
