Everyone I have worked with at Corsica is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they are very timely with their responses. Corsica has a clear system for making updates for changes and new hires, so we don't have to update the system. They supported us in building and implementing an AI agent that will help our staff search more meaningfully for information in our wiki. I like Corsica's ticketing system because it's easy for me to submit and check back on issues. I also really appreciate their help with launching this AI agent.
