We currently only use Corporate Traditions for gift cards, but integration has been easy. I've referred my colleagues to us and other friends; they've all raved about the simplicity and easy-to-order process. When I had any questions, they had a quick response. I know they have other features that we will be using in the future, but at the moment, we only use them for giftcards. We don't use CT as frequently as we'd like, but it's not because we don't like CT; it's just for budget reasons.
