They talk to actual recruiters and agency owners, take complaints seriously, and give you honest answers on what caused the issue and how they're fixing it. I've had use case needs land in their roadmap. Second, the recording is unobtrusive. There's no bot joining the call and no announcement to the candidate, which keeps early conversations light and collaborative instead of formal. Third, the email integration and automation setup. Scheduling back-to-back screening calls is usually where the admin load piles up, and CoRecruit takes that off my plate. Leadership, product, and support all understand recruiting, which you can feel in how the product is built.
