- Onboarding was very fast. Only took us a few weeks and we have a large list (over 1 million) - Strong support so far. They have helped us customize our implementation and build out some cool features. - Once you get sculpt set up, building and scheduling messages is a lot easier. There is definitely some upfront work that needs to be done, but once completed, it makes life a lot easier. Scheduling and unscheduling sends is also easy. We had to go through a four-step process to schedule a message in our last ESP. With Cordial, once a message is built, you plug in the time and press a button. - Their journey tool is pretty straightforward compared to other tools I have used. It may not be the most complex but you also don't need to be a developer to use it. - It builds audience segments extremely quickly and in real-time. Also the tagging capability can be very powerful for segmentation. You can also see how different segments performed within an email without having to split the message into multiple segments
