The hours logging feature is especially valuable, as it allows us to understand how time is actually being invested across projects, teams, and service lines. This makes it easier to compare sold vs. executed hours, identify deviations, and make informed decisions around capacity, efficiency, and team structure.
Another key benefit is the ability to track rework. By properly logging both internal and client-driven changes, we can identify patterns, understand where projects are losing efficiency, and take action—whether that’s improving briefing processes, setting clearer client expectations, or managing scope more effectively.
I like that the time all team members dedicated to the same task is centralized. I also consider the profitability aspect to be of great value, although we have not yet fully utilized what the tool offers, I believe that is its great differentiator. We can easily see how long a task takes to estimate future times and organize the team's tasks, which allows us to assess if there is availability to take on another client.
