I like the job cost modules, daily logs, and vendor insurance tracking of Contractor Foreman. All features, including extensive storage for files and photos, allow us to document all aspects of the job from site work to billing and back office insurance records. It's very comprehensive. It's easy to navigate both the mobile and desktop versions, which helps the office discuss information while a field manager can review data on their phone. The initial setup was extremely easy, and even customizing it was fairly straightforward.

I like the Cost item database in Contractor Foreman; it's great for sending out an estimate in a timely manner with accurate values. It helps us by allowing us to reference how we price out labor and materials, ensuring we aren't charging too much or too little for a project before it starts. We can also reference these items later to correct a price. Additionally, the AI live chat and customer support are beneficial for answering simple questions and making progress despite initial setup difficulties.
