I like keeping track of materials and costs with Contractor Foreman. It's important to stay on time and on or below budget, and Contractor Foreman helps me see the flow of materials and costs. It ensures that if the project is running behind or materials cost more than budgeted, the team can regroup and come up with solutions before it's too late. Also, I find it helpful to create invoices and POs seamlessly that transfer over to QuickBooks, and it’s good to load job costs and materials.

I find Contractor Foreman helpful for keeping RFIs and submittals straight and shareable with the owner and architect. I like that you can use both the desktop version and the app, which suits my needs working with a General Contractor. It's also supported by good support staff and videos, which became handy while learning the program.

Most everything that you need for a concrete company can be found within Contractor Foreman. Uploading pictures and documents is fairly simple.
