Streamlined Knowledge Management with User-Friendly Features

I use Contentstack to manage and organize knowledge base articles. It's easy to use and has lots of prebuilt features, which make the knowledge management task a lot easier. For instance, there's an option to link steps in a collapsable step using an accordion, which is pretty useful and keeps the page clean. The initial setup of Contentstack was pretty easy.

Streamlined Documentation with Collaborative Efficiency

I like using Contentstack for SOP writing and updating playbooks. It gives me a unified ground for editing documents, collaborating, and ensuring we see version changes and share updated articles seamlessly. I also like the accordion feature and version changes feature, which allow me to better track my documentation. The JSON rich text editor is very helpful for working on articles in a step-by-step manner within a dense article log, and it helps structure long manuals into clean and highly readable sections.

Simplifying Page Creation for Non-Tech Teams

With Contentstack we enable the non-tech teams in our company to create landing pages without engineering support. Since we are in control of Contentstack, we can make sure that these teams follow a specifc page strcuture (by creating a defined template where they just populate the content) or allow them to be as creative as they want (by creating components that they can drag & drop and create the page the way they need). We now have more around 10 non-tech teams creating more than 10 pages per day without engineering support. This includes the Localisation team which uses a plugin to connect Contentstack to their L10n tool. Every time we create a new page, the team is notified automatically so they can work on it. Contentstack also gives us great customer support. We have quarterly meetings with them, but it's also very easy to communicate with them if we need some urgent support, either via chat or via email
