It's a very developer friendly product at it's core while also being very pleasant and intuitive for end users who are not engineers. It accomplishes it's primary purpose of managing content in a way that allows us to quickly and easily integrate into multiple different use-cases. It is also very extensible.

I’ve also been consistently impressed by the quality of Contentful’s Professional Services and customer success teams. The engagement has felt genuinely collaborative and strategically supportive, with a strong focus on best practices, scalability, and long-term success rather than purely transactional account management.
