The service is very simple and since this is a growing company they are very accommodating to make sure everything is working properly. In our case we had some complicated transactions in Stripe that needed to be synced up with our QuickBooks online account. Some custom programming needed to be done and that's something Commerce Sync had to do on their end, so we didn't pay anything for it (other than our time). And now we are very happy with the results and our our accountant doesn't need to do anything manually to match the transactions. This was the primary reason for us to choose this system. These guys are pretty nerdy and know this stuff very well, so it was very pleasant working with them. We had a couple conference calls where all our questions have been answered and we also had to answer a lot of questions for them ;). Thank you Stephen for making this work and spending many hours helping us out.

I did not like anything about this software. Not a single feature. Price is a crime for what you are getting. All sales that are performed by your company is washed through Commerce Sync servers, and that means you are submitting your customers data to third party and not giving them a chance to opt out. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I absolutely love this utility. It perfectly sync my Xero accounting data with clover data in real time! This is hands down the best for the hospitality industry.
