Top and fast Support

|CometChat
The support provided by the CometChat team is fast and goal-oriented. The implementation and integration of the UI-Kit into an existing app is user-friendly and straightforward. Custom styles and components can be easily and quickly implemented. The range of features is extensive, and most of them are useful for our system. With a little bit of customization, we were able to implement the features with our own workflows. At the outset, it was challenging, but with the assistance provided, we achieved our objective within a few days.

Good must of the time, but still has some limits

|CometChat
It's fast and responsive, it can handle big loads of messages and concurrent users without a problem. It's easy to integrate with the SDK and API. The answers of the customer support are fast and they clarify what happen in the incidents.
