Rather than searching through multiple files or asking different team members, I can quickly get answers in a very helpful and conversational way with this platform. I also like that this platform provides sources for the answers, which makes it easier to verify the information even before using it internally. The ability to create different bots for different use cases like sales and marketing, HR, training and other customer support makes this platform is very helpful. Their UI is also modern and intuitive, which makes this platform a clean interface.
