PR-Agent Learns from Past Merges and Integrates Seamlessly with GitHub

It learns from past merges and from the suggestions I’ve accepted. That cuts down on the frustration of having to explain the same thing to the review bot over and over, just to keep it from spamming the PR by posting the same review comment on every newly pushed commit. It integrates really easily with GitHub.

Useful extension for test generation and finding bugs in code
