Best cross platform for IDE for Html,CSS I and JavaScript deve

I like this tool because it has inbuilt plugins for Drupal,Wordpress,smarty,Joomla and jQuery the main in this tool is has its program features and auto completion for sql,php,html,JavaScript and XML. It supports all the operating systems.

A cross-platform IDE with very productive features for developers

Codelobster in my opinion is one of the most complete IDEs that exist. The best thing is that it supports multiple languages such as HTML, C, Java, Python, Javascript, PHP and others to mention. I like that it has an integrated code debugger. The user interface is what every developer needs in their development environment: order, color and compatibility.
