The number of features that you get for the price you pay is amazing. The customer support staff go above and beyond to accomodate their customers. Their panel is easy to use and friendly, and integrates with tools such as DNScontrol and ACME/Certbot without issue. If you're moving from another DNS provider, they have a feature that allows you to import from a zonefile or perform an AXFR transfer which comes in very handy when you have quite a few DNS entries in a single zone. Signing up was quite easy to do, just by creating an account and selecting the package that fits my needs and then making payment I was up and running in no time. Everything just works without the need to contact support, which means I rarely have to login to make any changes.

Haven't had any technical issues in the 5+ years I've been a customer and the backend management system works very well. Technical support has always been quick and helpful.
