It has many features. I needed to see if the professors/professionals to whom I send internship request emails are reading it or not.
Hence, I installed this tool. So far it has given me updates if my email has been read/not read. If someone reads it more than once, I am informed of that as well.

Solid free email tracker
I like how I can get very specific stats on every email that goes out. I can click into the little Cloud HQ icon and it'll take me to an 'email trace'. From there, I can see when and how many times each recipient has opened my email. What's more is that I can check a box to send me a reminder if the recipient hasn't opened or replied to the email by a certain number of hours. I also like that at the top of my inbox, I can click on the logo and see all of the recent opens (recipients and when they opened it).
