Invoa is a web-based invoicing application for freelancers and small businesses. Users can create invoices, add line items, apply VAT, and download or email the result as a PDF. Core functionality includes a client address book, invoice status tracking (draft, sent, paid, overdue), and scheduled payment reminder emails. A UK Open Banking integration (via TrueLayer) can automatically mark invoices as paid when a matching bank transaction is detected. The app is built on a subscription model with three tiers: a free Starter plan limited to 3 invoices per month, a Pro plan (£7.99/month) with unlimited invoices and logo upload, and a Business plan (£14.99/month) adding multi-currency support (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD), custom invoice branding, and Open Banking access.
