It brings accountability to the QBR process and helps me manage multiple clients across many teams with a single dashboard. Working with so many client teams has it's challenges but I'm able to access incredible customer support from Ben and his team. either supporting me, or reaching out to the sector teams in my organisation and tailoring support for them making it simple for them to use in their BAU life. This has lead to increased usage across the organisation, many of whom access the platform at least weekly.
