I really like how easy it is to use for our donors, and how clean and easy to read the auction pages are. It's also very easy to make adjustments on the backend and the listings are fairly customizable. I love how great their staff is; when I have questions or issues, they always jump in and help. My concerns are taken seriously and my feedback has even been implemented, which makes a huge difference. It means the world to me that ClickBid's staff makes an honest effort to fix issues.
