Really simple and easy to use

The playback option is an incredible feature - being able to flag certain moments or add my comments during the interview for myself to recheck later is invaluable. Also, having other team members review the interview is key in making sure we are making the right choices. This is also a useful feature for training purposes. Another thing I like very much is that there is no download needed, so when sending links to candidates there isn't a long explanation needed. Lastly, the team are really reactive when reporting something or if I have a question.

My experience with CleverYak

What we liked best is the sharable recording of the interview (GDPR compliant) and the searchable transcripts. Also the fact that the CleverYak support was super reactive and offered to adapt the software to our needs was really great. The call quality was as good as any other tool and the functionalities are just amazing for recruiting.
