I like that Cleo Integration Cloud allows us to create a connector and extend our drive space to on-prem for internal data movement. It simplifies patching and updating the SFTP server, leaving those tasks to the SaaS provider. Cleo's team worked diligently to help us integrate Cleo Integration Cloud into our workflow, providing excellent support. I also appreciate that once the setup is done, Cleo Integration Cloud is solid, and it's almost a set-it-and-forget-it kind of solution. Big thanks to Cleo for their flexibility with licenses and support, which has helped us through unforeseen circumstances and internal projects.

CLEO is an extremely powerful integration platform. As an EDI/Integrations Dev at a larger 3PL, it’s important that we have the flexibility and capability to integrate with any platform our clients may bring forward. While the CLEO environment doesn’t necessarily hold your hand the way some other platforms do, its lower-level approach to development provides a lot of flexibility in how we build our solutions. I have full confidence that I could integrate CLEO with whatever a client presents, whether that’s a custom API or a spreadsheet from Quickbooks. The web UI/Cockpit is very intuitive, and it makes it easy to manage connections and review our data. Data transformation and connection communicated clearly, which saves time troubleshooting. Our CLEO environment includes a multithreaded task manager which allows us to allocate server resources for maximum efficiency. This use of concurrent processing has really helped the performance of our large volume integrations. We starting using CLEO via their Professional Services team, which greatly helped the onboarding process. Over time we got qualified in the Development tools and moved to a self service solution, which saved us money and allowed us to be more reactive.

Intuitive and user friendly features are available in Cleo. Application is easy to use for "consumers" (monitoring functions).
