CKEditor has a stellar support team. I appreciate that we have folks ready to help us with our issues and respond to the bugs we report. CKEditor provides some great plugins, which we have been integrating into our product and are working wonderfully.

We use it in a customer-facing product with several add-ons, such as Real-time collaboration and versioning. We also use a light version of this editor to power other features in the product, such as text for chatting and providing updates to our customers via a document. We look to expand our use cases with this product. Their support is also on point. They are patient with your issues and always attempt to find a resolution.

I signed up for their monthly subscription which later they changed it to annual contract and updated terms and conditions. I asked them to cancel my subscription and their customer support said to get back to them in 12 months and meanwhile they will charge me every month. I will be reporting the charges to my bank and do not recommend signing up for their subscription. Their editor ended up being awful and caused us a lot of issues.
