The personal assistance and quick response to questions and concerns have been the greatest help. I'm not a very knowledgable person - our Civi system was set up many years ago and was designed specifically for our needs as a very small nonprofit organization. I will say any time I have a question or a problem, Civi support has been available to help. For that I'm truly grateful.
