Efficient expense management with excellent user interface
I like the beautiful user interface of Circula and the ease of use. I particularly appreciate the email notifications that show me the current status of the travel expense reimbursement, whether it is rejected, accepted, or in another status. The history view is also very useful as it shows all reimbursed expenses in a clear graphical representation sorted by date, and the status is always displayed.

Intuitive and Efficient for Travel Expense Management
I appreciate that Circula is easy to use and offers a very intuitive user interface, which makes typing and calculating travel expenses unnecessary, as everything is recognized through scanning. The direct interface with the bank significantly simplifies the process, as no manual transfers are required anymore. I particularly like that I can simply upload receipts as photos without having to type them in myself. Setting up Circula was easy and self-explanatory for me. Additionally, I find it great that Circula communicates with our banking tool, allowing for seamless integration into our existing systems.

Simple Setup and Efficient Billing
I appreciate the simple operation of Circula, which allows me to efficiently and quickly settle expenses. The user-friendliness and clear overview significantly ease the process for me. I find the feature to submit receipts for approval to supervisors particularly valuable. I often have to submit hospitality expenses and other costs for multiple people, and the automatic receipt recognition and easy assignment make this step remarkably efficient. The initial setup of Circula was very easy, which facilitated getting started with the system. I am so satisfied that I would rate Circula a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 and would recommend it to friends and colleagues.
