Simple operation, direct reading of documents, and the resulting ability to control errors help reduce mistakes. Easy organization of user groups with various approval chains allows for a multitude of combination possibilities. The integrability of other services like Datev and travel expenses is very helpful and means ease of implementation for the responsible departments. Due to these points and the great customer support, everyone really likes to use the app frequently.

What I like best is how easy and quick it is to submit expenses. I take a photo of the receipt, and the text recognition automatically captures almost all relevant data such as date, vendor, and amount. The process is clearly structured, and I usually just have to confirm and click through. For my field service routine, this is a real relief because I can handle receipts immediately and the reimbursement process runs smoothly afterwards.
