The customer support is definitely the best part of chiroHD. They are always friendly and helpful and respond in a timely manner. If they can't solve your problem they are never afraid to let you know they need to do some more research and they will get back to as soon as possible.

First of all, the software has everythign you need wrapped up into one. It allows your intake forms (custom if you desire) to import information directly into patient demographics. Your scheduling system talks to the patient EHR and keeps patietns on track with their care plans. The two way texting feature and patient facing app have made life easier for all of our patients and have received rave reviews from them! I also love the integration with Cash Practice, which creates seamless payments and auto-drafts. If all that isn't enough, their customer service is top notch! I use their AI assistant multiple times a week for when I can't immediately remember where to find a feature, and if "Fin" doesn't know what I need, they connect me immediately to a live person. I have never been disappointed by their aim to please and true care about my practice.
